A review of what we’ve been up to in March 2020?

March 2020 started with a busy few weeks until lockdown took hold in earnest later in the month, and started to change the way we work.

Strategically, we’ve had a really busy month helping several new clients with their medium to long term strategies, including a couple of site visits, giving us a hands-on view of systems and processes. This has produced medium to long term relationships across a range of services for the rest of 2020.

During these visits, we’ve been able to identify several opportunities for new schemes and consolidations, which has enabled introductions to new insurers from our range of key existing relationships.

We’ve also been able to look at rebranding for a couple of other businesses, with new corporate identities and websites created as well as social media advice and creation of new social media channels.

In addition whilst we’ve been looking at systems and controls, there have been a number of clients that we feel may find some additional IT & Systems useful, and cut down on some mundane tasks and streamline processes.
